Don't know if you caught it but they gave you her full name this episode. Yachiru Unohana. Kenpachis lieutenant the little girl with the pink hair is also named Yachiru, a name that he gave her. So you can assume from this that Kenpachi named her after Unohana. That's how much Kenpachi respects her.

I'm pretty sure Unohana healed Kenpachi because the blood that Kenpachi coughed on her face after she stabbed him was still there. Also Kenpachi is just a title that the captain of squad 11 takes on when they become captain. Also in Kenpachi's flashback from when he met his lieutenant, he mentions how he named her after the woman he admired, aka Unohana.

Unohana is the 1st Kenpachi. Zaraki aka our Kenpachi is the 11th Kenpachi. It was stated in the original series that he killed the 10th Kenpachi and became the new captain.
