No trey its a backstory to how the vizards started aka the vizards that trained ichigo. wont spoil it for you trey you just gotta watch how it all happened. how the vizards came to be and how he said they know all about aizen since the begging. before aizin left for hueco mundo and much more during the start process an how aizan was a diabolical son of bitch way before you seen him in season 1

There is a definite method to this very canon flashback. >;^D Maybe this will help for future episodes (Updated for 2022): https://www.animefillerguide.com/2019/06/bleach-filler-list.html While I'm not a filler fan, either, I do highly recommend the Tales of Zanpakuto / Muramasa arc (Eps 230-265) , once you are done with the main storyline. It is very entertaining and the characters were designed by Kubo Tite, which makes it quasi-canon, or at least author approved. ;)
