Its actually better for good manga like this to wait to come out. if they do week to week, the animation would drop dramatically. Also since it takes multiple chapters to make 1 episode, they story quality would be paced poorly. Now that studios prolong releases of bigger manga adapted anime, it allows them to bring the best version of these manga to life because they can plan out the pacing and then focus more on the details of the animation.
