We're speeding towards 500 heroes on this mildly psychedelic gaming voyage. Unbelievable - when we were 50 or 100 I could barely have conceived it. Yet here we are.

How do you like the new album/cover/place art? Our ship of vomes looks pretty spiff, eh what?

Anyhow: I made it back home! Wow. That was a trip.

Also: I've made it through most of the work on delivering the UVG. Gods, that was also a trip!

So, number one, invitations

I turned off auto-membership of the discord for all heroes last year during the kickstarter, so that I wouldn't get overwhelmed. Since then I've been sharing an invite link at irregular but certainly highly thought out intervals (as if). So here it is again:

Come join us for chill vibes, a whole channel for cooking, a lot of linguistics, pictures, art, other stuff. Welcome, welcome.

Number two, what's cooking?

With Zoa (mostly) done, the big thing I want to finish are the S.E.A.C.A.T. books. Here's the current project breakdown:

  • S.E.A.C.A.T. Rules, Things, Heroes. Two books. Maybe three booklets.
  • Red Sky Dead City. The next big book. Full steam ahead after SEACAT. It's been on the sideline for too long! The Flesh God Apocalypse must continue!
  • Golemkraftwagen. Another smallish supplement. Vehicles for the UVG (and Red Sky). With some combat rules for big vehicle and creature combat. And expanded chase rules, inspired entirely and appropriately by Mad Max.
  • Penglings. Watch this space.
  • Worldmaker. Provisional title. A solo world-making supplement. Fleshing out your own setting's Long Long Ago, if you will.

Other cool stuff

Some folks are working on making digital hero and caravan sheets for Roll20 and Gdocs and more. Their efforts I can only sincerely applaud! Thank you a muchness!

I'm going to try to orient more of my writing and design going forward to making online play using Roll20 or even just plain old discord or fangly new zoom easier. Watch this space a wee bit too.

Other terrible stuff

I have to update my website and make a proper landing page for the games and tools and everything. Gods. I'll get 'round to it, I promise! :D

Ok, that's kind of that ... just a quick wave to say I'm alive!

Take care, stay safe and healthy everyone!

Oh man, Worldmaker sounds like exactly what I need. Looking forward to it!

Yeah, it's even-ish odds I do that before other stuff after Seacat because ... my brain is flighty like a gashopper [sic].
