6. a wemic guide you is actually a hated wemic criminal. They we deliberately try and avoid wemic territory and look to acquire unwatched goods and wealth as a bonus. They will freely loot the dead. They may be hunted by Wemic bounty hunters or vengeful family who may attack the party to get at the criminal. Easily consider betraying the party if they get a good offer.

I like this; I think a lot of characters who are on that kind of outsider-facing margin may well be people who are excluded from their own society in some way.
