Not explicitly Tzeentch, but I did once play a Gnome Illusionist who pretended to be a Cleric. The regime in power was coming down hard on magic users so it was convenient to appear to be something else. Her cult was very small, although she did try to proselytise, if only for form. Healing was accomplished with cantrips which were pretty powerful spells in an earlier incarnation of AD&D. You could even bring someone back from the dead for a round. But in a friend's game, there's the Nameless God whose acolytes infiltrate other cults and asset strip them. They have spells which mask their origins and are an all round nasty bunch.

I like the idea of raiding other cults for their stuff. To many outsiders, the differences would hardly seem notable. That was a thing in Cthulhu Live -- a big argument between two different factions of the cult of Cthulhu that seemed irrelevant to everyone else but could actually turn out to be useful to morally flexible investigators.
