"Imagine a company that is so corrupt and evil that there is no excuse for it. A company that simply deserves to be eliminated. But where do you start when the company is so big and powerful that one person is insignificant?
Every company follows an idea, a vision. And one person dictates that vision - the CEO. Ergo: If you eliminate the CEO, the company has a headache. The vision is gone (at least for the moment) until a new CEO comes in. But that person might have a different vision, a superior one. Or even better: a vision that is radically changed and thus justifies getting rid of the old CEO.
But how do you approach a chairman who is very cautious because his guilty conscience is bothering him and he lives a very isolated life?
