* The post credits scene is out of sync. I accidentally stopped the episodes at the start of the credits, and forgot to edit that part out. Will maybe fix at some point

Note...this turned out a lot longer than I thought it was going to, but contains a good bit of information that was left out due to what I would expect is either time constraints or inability to find the right voice actors. I'm a little fuzzy on the details since it's been a year since I read this part of the novel, but there was a fair amount of detail left out of the fight up to this point, which I find semi-OK to have been left out, but it does make the viewing experience a little aggravating. I had to read some reddit comments and writeups to remember a few things properly. Going back to episode 4 (maybe 3), we had Moonphase and his friend join in on this fight. Moonphase is from South Korea and his friend is from China. When they join in, there is a minimal amount of American players left where Asuna and the gang are at so we can ignore Americans at this point (they are mostly mentally out of it anyway from the beating they went through). When PoH gets the new players attention on the hill, he's actually speaking both Chinese and Korean, but in the anime he only speaks Japanese. This continues throughout the fight whenever he interrupts conversations - he'll switch between all 3 languages, depending on who he needs to address. Now, this also explains why the Japanese players can't really explain anything to the newcomers. The only reason why the one player from the Sleeping Knights could speak with Moonphase is because she knows some Korean and tried to communicate with people. Now, why does this matter that they are actually from different countries? Because at this point in the story, the author uses some history between the 3 countries and uses the hatred that Koreans and Chinese have for the Japanese people. Because of their hatred for the Japanese, they are even less likely to listen to any of the Japanese that are trying to convince them to stop fighting. PoH is also using his knowledge of their hatred mixed with his overwhelming presence as a leader to guide the Korean/Chinese players to use that hatred to murder the Japanese players. I think that basically covers the stuff with regards to what is happening in the Underworld. Just as a piece of info about Code 871 - they tried to make it make sense in the subtitles, but if you take the numbers 8, 7, and 1 and use a 2 of the different ways to say/write those numbers in Japanese, they end up spelling his name "Yanai". "Ya" comes from "yattsu" for 8, "na" comes from "nana"/"nanatsu" for 7, and "i" comes from "ichi" for 1. So, if they had seen Code 871 for Alice, they would have realized that something may have been up with Mr. Yanai and could have combatted him before this. As I was typing this up about 871, I remembered from the reaction that you were confused as to the 2nd person who broke their limiter. The person to break their limiter this time did it because of emotions, not logic like Alice. In the first part of War of Underworld, we saw Ishkahn (the pugilist/fist guy) who ripped his eye out when he had Code 871 come up (doesn't count as breaking the limiter), however, in this season, we had a new character that had Code 871 come up and totally disregard the rules of the emperor - Lilpillin when he attacked Dee Eye Ell during the scene with Leafa. This does point out that you have to also keep track of the timeline of events, because we've seen something happen much further in the future, in terms of the Underworld, but what the people on the Ocean Turtle are seeing is still only back in episode 1/2. Alright, I think my rant is done now lol...totally not proof reading this.
