In The Haruka Experiment a doctor has created a serum that causes conceptualization within the mind to bring things into reality through the body. It gets into the hands of a particularly horny gamer who is thirsty for Haruka from the videogame Senran Kagura. Thus starts a twinning situation you could say, as Haruka is birthed into reality and is primed to create more of herself.
