When they first did this is '89 with Michael Keaton's Batman vs Jack Nicholson's Joker, Joker died, and I guess this time they thought they'd try something different and allow for rematches. Heath Ledger's real life death made that not an option.

I'm enjoying your reactions to the Nolan Batman movies. Everyone (rightfully) focuses on Ledger's Joker but I am a big fan of the character Two-Face, and I do wish Aaron Eckhart had gotten more screentime with the character. I always felt Batman and Two-Face had deserved a separate movie. In the comics (and animated series), Bruce Wayne and Harvey Dent were friends, which made his descent into villainhood that much harder on Bruce. Always appreciated that relationship between the two. You should check out Batman: The Animated Series for some great stories with him and all his villains.

This was my favorite Batman. Mainly because of Heath Ledgers role. They even did a great job with the makeup. It didn't look like him at all and it didn't sound like him either. It's a shame he died after the movie was made. I must have had a different version of the movie. Mine is still going. Great reaction 😃 👍

This is the best Batman movie. Credit to Director/Writer Christopher Nolan for making a great movie with so many moving pieces and themes, yet keeping it straight and the viewer engaged. After Nolan and Bale leave the franchise it goes downhill fast. Even the last one can't match the story and intensity of all 3 of the Nolan/Bale movies. PS Google Christopher Nolan movies, he really makes great ones. Off the top of my head, The Prestige, Inception & Interstellar are incredibly done movies. You can't go wrong with any Nolan movie.

omg Rachel is so lame. Gas-lighting Bruce to the very end. "I choose Harvey. I wanted to pick you, but it's actually your fault that I didn't pick you because I know you'll always want to be Batman." He dodged a major bullet with that fruitcake. He should go call up that Russian ballerina again.
