Things got a little out of hand with these implants... do they ever stop expanding??

I remember the first time I found out about polypropylene breast implants. An implant that absorbs water and expands over time forever. It was hot, if not also frightening in what it meant. Still fun to think about atleast~

I thought string implants were the ones that irritated the breast tissue and basically caused an inflammatory immune response, creating basically a buildup of scar tissue? They have a lot of issues associated with them, but the idea is incredibly hot and I have danced with the idea of getting them myself (despite the fact that no American surgeon will perform the procedure legally...)

Yes, at it's basic it irritates and causes fluid build up and crazy autoimmune complications. The idea of self expanding implants is hot, but the reality of the risks makes me sad about them.

Well the issue with sculpting more muscle tissue in general, is where do you attach it? Theoretically it is entirely possible with current medicine to grow a replica muscle. But muscles don't exist in a vacuum. You have to have tendons and ligaments, blood supply, and nerve control to make sure the muscles don't just add mass. Yes, you could grow all of that, but then you have to have someone to put it all together inside someone, as well as have it functionally do what you want it to do, ie allow you to carry more weight up front. The bottom line is that it will probably always be easier to just... work out, and take steroids, lmao.
