OBLIVION I No Leveled and Balanced Oblivion 1.7 (Patreon)

 This mod was created a long time ago by a Korean called '뻔데기', and after he made it, he handed over the rights to me and he left the world of Oblivion.

However, I also forgot Oblivion while playing Skyrim in the flow of the world, and although the mod disappeared 15 years ago, I managed to restore the No Leveled and Balanced Oblivion mod through my old data folder. I am truly honored to share this with you.

II. Description

1. No Leveled and Balanced Oblivion is an overhaul mod that No Leveling all actors in Cyrodiil and rebalancing various elements in Oblivion. Their levels no longer level up to match the player. Their level is fixed. You now have to level up by taking turns dealing with lower-level enemies. When used together with the xp Leveling mod, the effect can be further maximized.

2. No Leveled and Balanced Oblivion completely reforms the chest reward system. Now, when you defeat the final boss, you'll get a satisfying treasure from a nearby chest, but it's hard to get good items from other chests.

3. No Leveled and Balanced Oblivion Removed available healing magic from the beginning and completely rebalances the overall speed and stamina system.

4. And No Leveled and Balanced Oblivion adds a variety of modern creatures to Cyrodiil. They will appear in front of you from time to time with about 20 kinds of creatures with various appearances and high quality, and will enrich the contents of Oblivion.

5. The script of No Leveled and Balanced Oblivion has been unified with Oblivion Character Overhaul to be compatible with Oblivion Character Overhaul, Oblivion's representative NPC mod.
