New Reference Document V1.30 (Patreon)

Hi,

as I have received some flak as to the confusing Walkthrough I have restructured it, made it better readable, added a Table of Content and added the main V1.30 content.

It also contains helpful info on the new Weapons and Vaultships. Some info is still incomplete in this revision but it may be helpful.
