When Ming-Na Wen was first announced as being in The Mandalorian, a lot of people were hoping it would be as Ursa, and after just one episode, you can really see why. Of course, what we actually got from her is pretty great too, even managing to stand out in something as meh as Book of Boba Fett, so no one's complaining.

I didn’t hear about fans hoping Ming-Na would play Ursa until after I saw her debut as Fennec. And though I do see how fans would have that hope, I’m glad it didn’t happen as Fennec shot up there high on my favorites list, ending up in my top fifteen Star Wars characters. I’m still sticking up for The Book of Boba Fett because I loved it, I had so much fun with it. Admittedly, my one thought going into it was you could have the whole show just be Boba and Fennec in the cantina and/or palace having drinks sharing extended monologues and I’d love it. I kind of want that to be a hypothetical season two, just see Temuera and Ming-Na kill it with the acting.
