I love how Maul uses the word "brothers", indicating that while I don't think Maul has ever had any true love for anybody, he maybe misses having Savage around to help him accomplish things and to tell what to do. At the very most Maul almost even seems lonely to me. A selfish love, used to gain more power, like what caused many others to turn to the darkside.
