One of the best seasons of Doctor Who, and it starts off with a true classic! Phillip Hinchcliffe and Robert Holmes had already put their stamp on the show in the previous season, but this is when their era really hits its stride!

This was the ONLY time the Zygons appeared in the Classic Series, but they still made such an impact that they're regularly ranked among its best villains, and David Tennant named them his favorite. He was quite disappointed when he didn't get to work with them during his initial run, but luckily that got fixed in the 50th Anniversary special.
