New Free Write Coming Soon! (Patreon)

Hey guys, just wanted to give you all a heads up about my next Free Write. It's starting on Monday, heh.

As I mentioned in the Afterword for Breaking Providence Book 1, my next Free Write will not be an immediate jump in to Book 2, but will still feature an Orc MC funnily enough.

Having spent the last week writing up the story outline and having written Chapter 1 today, I'm confident now that I'll be moving forward with the project I had in mind, so I'm sharing it with you guys here.

The next Free Write Project I do is going to be a Warcraft Insert.

I've been inspired by several of the Warcraft Inserts I've been reading over on Spacebattles the past several months, and I have an over ten year history with World of Warcraft that has always begged to be scratched like an itch that won't go away. 

The idea is thus:

Summary: The Orcs and Night Elves didn't have to be enemies. If not for some bad decisions on the part of the Orcs, perhaps things could have been different. With an Orc Druid thrown into the mix with foreknowledge from another world determined not to let things happen the same way they did before, things WILL be different.

So yeah, basically Orc Druid SI is the idea. The events covered in the story will be a very AU take on Warcraft 3 and its expansion, the Frozen Throne.

However, I'm also trying something a little different this time around. Namely, I'm writing a more plot-focused story than I have previously on my Patreon. To put things in perspective, the story is 61 plot chapters and 9 smut chapters, with the smut specifically put into its own chapters so that the story can be read without it if that's what you want.

I intend to use this to let me post the SFW version of the story up on Spacebattles and Royalroad as well, to expand the audience for this fic.

That said, I'm thinking that the update schedule for this fic will be Mon-Wed-Fri like Breaking Providence was, since I got used to that way of doing things. However, because the smut chapters are separate from the plot chapters and aren't going to be posted on Spacebattles, I'm thinking they'll go up in between the normal update days on Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday whenever one pops up.

Anyways, I think that's all I have to say at the moment. Chapter 1 will be up on Monday, and I hope you guys enjoy it.

This might not be the most popular of my Free Writes, given Warcraft has lost much of its popularity over the years, but I've been seeing something of a renaissance of Warcraft Inserts of late, which gives me hope that there is some interest in it.
