Santa’s Village is a Fifth Edition plug-in adventure for four characters with an average party level (APL) of 11, 14, 17, or 20. This document offers a general guideline on scaling the adventure for each level. After receiving stockings full of coal, a group of naughty murderhoboes (the characters) raid Santa’s village. Unfortunately for them, the jolly, old elf is ready for them.

I'm either confused or blind but when reading about how Santa can pull any item from his sack of holding and refers to his stat block there isn't anything mentioning about the sack of holding. Am I looking at the wrong place or was it not included?

Yeah, you're not alone. I am also very confused about this, there must be something missing from that stat block!

I think there are still things awry with the Santa stat block - his passive Perception is 9 despite having a +9 in in the Perception skill and he has no languages?

You're correct. Santa should have a passive Perception score of 19. He can also speak all languages and has telepathy out to 120 feet.
