This was my favorite video in years. Your Prince Rupert’s drop videos have always been some of my favorites. It was really neat learning about the second order transition and how the glass changes viscosity. The glass is so beautiful under the polariscope. Any chance we could get photos of that here on Patreon? Edit: I see there are good polarized pictures on the Orbix website.

Amazing as always. I’d like to see molten glass extruded under high pressure into water and with the outlet orifice already submerged to see the size, length, and shapes of PRD like objects that result.

I immediately sent this video to a friend of mine who has taken up glass blowing. He took me with him once so he could make a trophy and it was an awesome experience! He said that he's never seen the graph depicted like that, but like you said, just knows it. Such a neat video! Beautiful creations of Prince Rupert's drops, too!
