I don't have any immediate feedback for this video, but I would really appreciate if at some point you could make a video explaining the behavior of this. <a href="http://i.imgur.com/t9fmJTO.gifv" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://i.imgur.com/t9fmJTO.gifv</a> I understand the tennis racket theorem and why it is unstable. I want to know what determines the regular flipping of it. Why does it happen after every 3 rotations or so instead of a constant sprolling motion?

I don't know about editing it down. I was 5 minutes into it and felt like it had just started. Fascinating stuff.

In terms of trimming, I don't think you have to use the whole interview in one footage like that. There are several moments of "hums" and things like that which you could edit of with some picture of the equipment he's talking about.
