As they said, liver is rich in iron, which is somewhat essential to making new blood cells. So that’s why they wanted her to eat it I guess. But they could’ve let her have some of the other meats too 😂 Also liver doesn’t taste bad, depending on how you cook it. In Norway, and probably other places too, we have a liver patê that we use on bread/open sandwiches. It’s tasty
