I saw it as it premiered. I might be in a vaccum here but it seems like the director copied 1 to 1 a lot in these past 2 to 3 episodes from a previous series called Gundam Unicorn, the whole colony laser and space magic is actually just pulled from that. I wish there wouldve been a better set up but given time constraints I guess the director did a decent job. An alright show, though its conclusion has left me wishing for a bit more...

Same sentiment. The last few episodes feel kinda rushed. The ending was definitely satisfying, but the way they resolved the conflict pretty much all boiled down to "talk no jutsu". Still a decent show, overall, and one of the very few shows in the Gundam series that had a happy ending with relatively few "meaningful" casualties. Only deaths that had some relevance, that came to mind, was Guel's dad, the first Elan clone, and one of the witches piloting that Gundam... the one that became friends with Elan clone #2.

Also, if you didn't pick up on it from the previous episode, the "person" Eri was talking to that stopped her was probably Elan #1

I feel like more than the Gundam fandom, it is the Yuri one that I would be concerned of, I swear Ive read some stuff thats scary just for criticizing shows for their ending, or similar, if they include Yuri. It also makes me worry that part of the wave that came with WfM is the type that quickly moves along to the next Yuri story and doesnt care about what Gundam is... which is Giant robots. So Ad Stella, the universe of tgis show, might not get a lot of expanded content.

solid 6/10 series, the story was ok but the visuals carried this gundam series, it looks so good.

Funny you say Unicorn, since it felt much more Gundam 00 to me in terms of the ending.
