This is kind of subtle detail, but the main character bought a milk tea probably because he remembered that Anna mentioned in the previous episode that wanted to get a milk tea before going to the publishing company tour.

Bruh the Animation at the end, when the Teacher came around was so good. Top Episode, as always, good ost, good quality, this one had really good moments. Like him giving her the Milk Tea because he remembered and Yamada probably also knew that that's the reason he gave it to her, the Train when she has clinging to his backpack. I feel like this scene with the Gate, when he was like "weren't you waiting for someone" she just could've said that she was waiting for him, to give him the Manga. Easy, wouldn't even need to somewhat confess. When they said that there was Snacks found I remembered the Chips bag that Yamada gave him and thought the Teachers found that one in the Trash. But nope... he just kept it xD As always I can't wait for the next Episode. I would really like a Season 2, but I think if we get one it will still take some time. Because the Manga has 119 Chapters but each chapter seems to be like 10-13ish pages. So shorter than the normal 20 pages. So I would assume that Season 1 maybe is like around 80ish chapters maybe.

We are roughly getting 5 chapters each episode at the moment, with some extras sprinkled in. With that in mind, season 1 should adapt the chapters up to around 50 - 60. They've done a good job with the material and made the scenes link well. They'll be enough for a season 2, but it might be a while before we get it!

If anyone's curious, the manga Yamada gives to Ichikawa is a reference to "Kimi Ni Todoke". It has its own anime adaptation as well!
