If I remember correctly Eren is the princess of that place so I think that makes her the daughter of the queen and "the dude I forgot his name" ... but why does that dude call the queen "her majesty"

Eren is not the daughter of Elmesia. I think the exact familial relations will be explained later on in the rest of this season, though it's not gonna be a "big twist" or anything of the sort. If you're curious, I'll mention it further down, but since it's not been mentioned yet, it does count as a spoiler. So beware, spoiler follows. . . . Ready? Okay, here we go: Elalude has an older brother. Elemsia is the daughter of said brother. Elmesia is also more than a thousand years older than Elalude. (Meaning Elaludes brother is more than a thousand years older than him. Elves and their extreme lifespan at work here.) Eren is the daughter of Elalude and his wife. This means that Elmesia is the niece of Elalude and a cousin to Eren. Eren herself is just the daughter of a Duke, though Elalude is one of the highest ranking nobles after Empress Elmesia, so Eren still has a high ranking in the nobility.
