This is why Albert is the most likely potential candidate for next king despite only being 2nd prince & not 1st. He's a natural born politician but not as corrupt as our IRL politicians are obviously. Given how open he's to shit like others giving opinions/expertise, he'd honestly make a rly OP af jack of trades king who can just delegate shit to specialists since he at least understands the basics/general concepts etc, while leaving the actual minmax grindset to the specialist types like Lloyd (future Archmage or w/e it's called, the head mf of all the mages in the kingdom basically, it was mentioned as one of the reasons he's interacting w/ Lloyd, in addition to wanting to spend time w/ his youngest brother of course). Tao is perfectly understandable, imagine being 18 & still a virgin, w/ quite a ascetic lifestyle your entire life. Many such cases IRL even. 100% relatable in fact. Also IDK why they call it Spellbound Sword, when "maken" is usually translated to its more obvious & logical English equivalent term Spellblade. As in the RPG class from games like Elder Scrolls etc, one of the more vanilla classes besides the standard pure 4 class archetypes common in RPG OG franchises etc. So Albert is basically specced for a AGI/DEX type swordsman who uses magic, as the term Spellblade implies
