Discord Server Update! (Patreon)

hello, everyone! i've been told that for some reason patreon isn't automatically connecting new members to the discord server! i'm not sure why exactly this is happening, but it should be fixed now. 

you can go to my profile settings menu, and join through the connected apps feature! if you're still having trouble just dm me and i can send you a link! love you all
