Jane, I used to play an RPG called Night Life. In this game you got to play the monsters, instead of normal humans. You could play a vampire, a werewolf, an animate, a wight, a daemon, or an inuit. All of the above were required to feed off of humans in one way or another. But in some cases they could survive off of lesser animals to meet their dietary needs. HOWEVER, there was a little known rule that was only mentioned once in the game and you had to look for it to find it. It stated that the longer you went without feeding off of a human, even if you were physically ok with your food supply, the more likely you were to lose control whenever you encountered a human or group of humans. You were a ticking time bomb.

To be eaten by someone like Bridgette in ten seconds, sounds extremely enticing. I really love how this series is continued, and I like how Bridgette is becoming more and more accepting of her savagery, though I'm curious if she'll make it before the clock ends.
