A Page from Slamhounds: "Wetwired" (Patreon)

     There was  some interest recently about Slamhounds, and I realized that I had shared character and ship designs with you all, but no actual pages.  I have several completed scripts, but only a few pages of art, most or all of them uncompleted.  This page was from the opening story arc, which begins with a mature readers retelling of the original short, "Holed Up", which I believe was in Horny Tails. After Dash gets her bounty at the alien bar, she heads back to her ship, where she is surprised to find someone else--a despicable piece of work called Vengus Marr--captaining her ship. This is when she learns what's actually going on, and the real story is off and running. You also get to see some of my temporary lettering, which should make clear why I use digital fonts. If you notice the title at the top of the page, you should know that the series started out called Dash Jumper, then became Dash, and finally Slamhounds, which is a term from a William Gibson novel, but fits the series perfectly.
