Merry (Belated) Christmas from the Ladies (Patreon)

     Hey all, hope you're enjoying the holidays...as much as 2020 will allow, of course. And speaking of, I'd intended to have a special Christmas piece for you (does this sound familiar?), but this last week kicked my ass.  (I actually got it about 3/4 penciled, but the  background was becoming so detailed that I knew I'd never get it inked anywhere close to on time.) Believe it or not, we have another furry family member who's seriously ill, so I've been spending a lot of time nursing and comforting the little guy. (His name is Obie; not sure if I've mentioned him before. He's the taller, lighter orange cat enduring the affection of Pumpkin, who thinks he's her boyfriend, in the above photo.) We even have to give him subcutaneous fluids, with a needle and one of those I.V. bags...and it turns out that sucks, and we suck at it. I'm also trying to clean the place up and get organized, consolidate boxes of art supplies, etc., which is ridiculously time-consuming. All this should help me be more productive in the future, but in the meantime it has quite the opposite effect. Anyway, I might share what I have of the Christmas piece so far, if you like, but otherwise you'll see it next year for the merry season (if we're allowed one).
