     Well this has not been my week (and by this week I mean last week, naturally). I spent most of the week racing to the bathroom every half hour--the less said about that the better--and over the weekend took a nasty spill down some steps in our garage. Actually, the spill wasn't so bad, it was the landing that sucked. Fortunately, the bottom concrete step was like a feather pillow under my thigh, and my right forearm was lucky enough to impact the Nerf-like edges of an old window AC unit. Could've been worse, but things are swollen, things are sore...most of them related to the fall (insert rimshot here). I'm not going in for X-rays unless a limb spontaneously leaps off my body, but finishing my Boneyard page and the Beauties and Beasts piece is not a possibility. I can pencil lightly, but that's about it. I hope to be back up to speed by the time this posts, but for now, I found a Far West pinup that I think I may have done just for myself; I don't think it was published in anything. (Readers who often remember my work better than I do can correct me if I'm wrong!) My apologies for the lack of a comic page this week; we'll finish up that Nessie strip next week, promise!
