Nessie Takes a Dip (1st of 2) (Patreon)

      Hey, all. Today we have the first page of a two-page Boneyard short. It's not ideal to split up a gag before the punchline, but somehow I think you'll find enough here to entertain you 'til next week.                                                                                                                                               

      Obviously I'm going further with gray tones, here. Still not quite what I want, but I'll keep experimenting. It takes longer to draw, so we'll see how practical it is to continue, but I much prefer the final result. I hope it's not going to bother anyone who really likes the stark black-and-white of "classic" Boneyard; the big, spotted blacks aren't going anywhere. If anything, the gray tones make for a closer reflection of the old black-and-white horror movies that inspired the series in the first place. As always, any and all feedback is welcome. Bye-ee!
