Added a few more Strobes,  Tweaked Water spray

• color select
• supports
• removeable/working fire nozzle - uses water from truck
• sprayers mounted on truck work as well, these have to be loaded with sprayer materials, eg. fertilizer, herbicide - Just the dynamics of the game. 
• Flashing lights
• Large working light area

 holding you right mouse button slide you mouse. kinda like how you move the arm on a tractor. the action moves/slides the sound within your activation hear range
