Not much interesting to say but here's an update, I've finished the character animation (and cloth sim!) for the last part of the animation.

Once again, the voice of Taylor is the great SukeBancho (https://twitter.com/SukeBanchoR18)! They did a fantastic job characterizing him. At first I was worried I wouldn't be able to do their delivery justice... but the more I worked on it, the more it started to come together in a way that I'm pretty happy with.

Here's a slightly earlier WIP on youtube (the one in the attachments is the final final version but this is more convenient to watch)

Also been rendering some more stuff that needs to be rendered such as the under view.

I did some sound stuff on this today, whatever is in there currently is WIP though. Speaking of sound, yesterday I had this really cool idea though- a Python add-on that would choose random sounds from a directory, add the sound to the visual sequence editor timeline and adjust some values at random (such as animating the sound speed via key frames and stuff).

I was thinking I could quickly find good combinations of sounds to help speed up my work flow (I do a lot of layering sounds!) but... eh. It doesn't work as well as I thought it would. Plus I couldn't figure out how to port this to Blender 4 (they changed the speed factor system to use retiming keyframes... and I can't get them to work in the same way as keyframing the speed factor). Maybe I'll pick this up again one day but for now this is a failed experiment.
