The Tier 4 Overhaul (Patreon)
Content
Hey everyone, I have an announcement to make regarding Tier 4. Don't worry, this does not go into effect until October.
The workload for tier 4 commissions paired with the fact that I've recently had to take on more commissions has caused large amounts of stress and burnout. Additionally, there's been issues with time constraints, abiding by the actual tier limit, complexity of overall ideas, etc. and I feel that things need to change so I can continue making content at the quality you all expect. I'll explain the changes in detail below.
Tier 4 will be getting a rework regarding discounts and my obligations as an artist.
Firstly, I will be unlocking the limited slots on Tier 4 so anyone can join. This is to allow full community engagement as well as to give more opportunities for monthly art submissions.
Secondly, the current release of monthly images will be changed to a community poll filled with choices picked by me. This is to lessen the burden of personalized pieces, and so I can draw monthly pieces more often! To be fair to the Tier 4 subscribers, these polls will be exclusive to the tier, and finished images will be released publicly one month later.
Lastly, joining Tier 4 will give you an exclusive 15% discount on complete package commissions! This is to show my appreciation for anyone who joins even more. Your help allows me to continue making content, so I want to give back to the community in a way that benefits you!
So TL;DR:
- As of next month, October 2023, tier 4 commissions will be completely discontinued. Instead, there will be an exclusive image poll with a delayed public release one month later.
- Tier 4 will no longer have a limit.
- Those in Tier 4 will receive a 15% discount on complete package commissions, which will be added when the final commission costs are discussed.
- No other tiers are affected by this change.
PLEASE NOTE - TIER 4 PATRONS FOR THIS MONTH WILL STILL BE GETTING THEIR TIER 4 COMMS, THIS OVERHAUL DOESN'T GO INTO EFFECT UNTIL NEXT MONTH!!
Big thanks to Ferin for helping me with editing this post to make it sound presentable to you all!
