Wertschätzung *Aufgabe der Woche* (Patreon)

Am Dienstag ist Valentinstag. Der "Tag der Liebe". Und ich möchte ihn mit DIR feiern - egal ob du gerade in einer Beziehung bist oder nicht.
Denn für die SELBSTLIEBE ist immer Platz.

Deine Aufgabe der Woche:
Denk darüber nach welche Dinge du besonders an dir schätzt! Was magst du an dir ganz besonders, worauf bist du stolz?
Das kann eine Eigenschaft sein wie: "Ich bin zuverlässig."
Aber auch ein körperliches Merkmal wie: "Ich mag meine rehbraunen Augen".

Schreibe mindestens 3 Sätze in dein Sklaventagebuch.
Wenn du magst kannst du sie mir auch sehr gern per persönlicher Nachricht senden.
Ich finde wir vergessen oft uns selbst wertzuschätzen und uns einfach mal auf die positiven Dinge im Leben zu konzentrieren.

Appreciation *task of the week*

Tuesday is Valentine's Day. The "Day of Love". And I want to celebrate it with YOU - whether you're in a relationship or not.

Think about what things you appreciate most about yourself! What do you particularly like about yourself, what are you proud of?
This can be a quality like: "I am reliable."
But also a physical characteristic like: "I like my fawn eyes".

Write at least 3 sentences in your slave diary.

I find we often forget to appreciate ourselves and just focus on the positive things in life.
