about your conversation of the avatar's not out smarting the villians... remember that the avatar is literally the most powerful being in the world. If you have them being well-balanced or super smart from the start... you donÂŽt have that exciting of a story to tell, so the creators make the avatars with flaws so you have a better story to tell

Lol I get you guys point on Korra, but to be fair, most of the “man with the plan” type characters are from anime, and that’s a whole other style of storytelling haha. Eeeeeverything in anime is tactics lol
