The next episode is a recap episode but it is REALLY GOOD. It is worth watching. It's the only recap episode in the series. It's like the only recap episode I'd ever suggest NOT skipping.

We can assume the people of xing speak a language parallel to Chinese, based on names, outfits (lanfan and fu wear masks resembling Beijing opera and ling seems to have a Chinese sword), and their writing system which we see a glimpse of at some point. Xiao Mei in Chinese means little mei. So Mei named the panda after herself and added "junior" in front of it. Hilariously, "Ling Yao" is actually the name of a fabled "potion of immortality" in Chinese legend. As far as other people's names, I'm not sure. But, the old man "Fu" could be "(grand)father" or "fortune" or perhaps "deputy/vice". Finally, there is a famous actor named "Mei Lanfang" but maybe that is reaching a bit.

I love the last shot when Ed promised Al that he will be back. But Ling was giving Ed a morale boost!

IM SORRY lol here I am guys :p been busy with things so I've been watching but not commenting. Anyway, great reaction as usual. Super excited for the next one. Btw it's called reunion because Ed reunited with Al (even though Ed's been hanging out with Al's soul this whole time.)

Wrath mentioned that the souls all fought each other for dominance until only the most wrathful remained. Since he only has one soul within him, he probably doesn't have an actual stone. The single soul is also why Wrath ages.

How badass was that ending, man! Ed kicks the portal door back open to tell his brother Al that he will be back for him! You just wait, I'll be back for you!! How hard do you think that was for him?? So awesome!
