Update: High School Years - small Tweaks. mod (Patreon)

The latest patch updated the sim’s cell phone usage behavior.

Officially it

• deceased the base chance of sims using the cell phone from 15 to 10 (which it’s the same as my original tweak), and
• added phone idle cooldown buff (idk what it does exactly but I assume it cools down the usage of cell phones...)

So the followings are the new updates to my cell phone tweaks:

Details with the cell phone:
- Base chance of sims using the cell phone remains at 10.
- Decrease the base chance multiplier of teen sims using the cell phone from 2 to 1.
- Decrease the base chance multiplier of sims with: Geek-trait and Techie-lifestyle using the cell phone from 1.5 to 1.
- Removed the trait_Outgoing from the multiplier. Outgoing sims will now use cell phone as regular sims.
- Added the trait_Loner to the use cell phone blacklist.
⚠️ trait_Lifestyles_Technophobe is originally included in the blacklist, but sims with blacklist trait will still sometimes use the cell phone.
⚠️If a sim has the Loner trait + Techie-lifestyle they will use the cell phone at a frequency much like a regular sim.
