New Computer, New Plans! Dandy Demon Soft Reboot! (Patreon)

Hey guys! First off, I wanna say thank you for supporting my last project! It too me much longer to make than I would've like, but that was because of how intense my summer was. I'm not gonna go on about that since I already talked about it many times in previous updates. But now that I'm 4 months into living in my new place, I am comfortable and fully invested in my work! 

This month will be dedicated to preparing for 2022! It's almost jarring how quickly this year went by. To be honest, this year was rougher for me than 2021 in the beginning of the fucking Pandemic lol. I feel like I've been ill more often than not. But in any case. as of writing this update, I am currently waiting for new PC parts to come in so that I can upgrade! This means that I'll be starting completely from scratch! I'm super excited to work at an even faster rate!

On top of that, I'm sure many of you will be excited to hear that The Dandy Demon will be my priority once again! I know I've been on-again-of-again with the series and to be very honest with you, there was a period of time when I was considering dropping the series all together (Still drawing the characters of course). But after much thinking, I believe I found the root of my struggle with this series. Simply put, I know nothing about my own world. I keep telling myself that I'm hiding lots of info intentionally so that it will later come to light in future chapters, but admittedly my world is just incomplete. So moving forward, before I jump back into the main story of Caesar is his journey through self-actualization. I'm going to explore the entire world. Not just the races that reside in it, but its history as well! And Patrons will be the first to see my ideas, help me with naming, maybe even world building ideas. I want to engage with you guys more! 

Why is Claudia always hörny? Why do Silvia and Caesar have their horns cut off? What even is Jared? I will be exploring these questions and more moving forward. I won't be starting over the entire story, but this will be considered preproduction that I should've done loooong before I even started the first chapter. Caesar and Silvia were never meant to exist in a world. They were just gonna be funny porn characters, but noooooo you guys had to get me emotionally invested in their lives? >:(

Jokes aside, I can't wait to show you guys what I have been cooking up! World building is so much fun, let me tell ya!
