& can be altered 

& colorable skin is not yet possible so try to keep your character skin tone matching

apparently the Brave's Cord Circlet is cut content maybe for a future DLC that's why it can't be found any where an the location is not listed in the wiki 

so to change the part that the mask replaces change the 4 digits number on the partsbnd.dcx file in the parts folder from "hd_m_1320.partsbnd.dcx" to any of those: 

Commoner's Headband (Altered) = 2141

Aristocrat Headband = 1860

or just download the update file that replaces the Commoner's Headband (Altered)

Installation :

Mod Engine: 

Place the parts into your designated  mod parts folder

UXM:

1. Download and unzip UXM

2.Unpack and patch the game files

3. Place the mod parts files into the 'parts'  folder and select 'Yes" when asked to replace
