Mostly the same but faster. There was no conversation about what to do after the first kiss for example, it was explained away in some thought bubble, there were no pages like the one above to imply passage of time, the pool scene wasn't in a pool but instead it was Sasuke coming out of a bath in a towel which hornified Naruto and led to the beej' in some random hallway and it was meant to last 3 pages at most but now it's 6 pages Wwhat comes next is also very different but obviously I won't detail that just yet...
