I vividly remember being super happy with that page back when I had done it in 2016. Baack then I was never fully happy with the pages I made because my art wasn't that good (not that I could tell precisely why but I could feel it) syill that one page ? I thought it was hot.

Well not not so much no more, now I think it's meh. Which is why I redo this entire comic so I guess that's expected. This page changed a lot and not so much at the same time, because the layout is still the exact same.

The first panel was fine but needed an update all the same for Zee to look like Zee. I also opened his mouth which makes him speaking out loud more sensible; it's something that really annoys me especially in some american comics I've read. Dialogues ! Yet characters have their mouth are almost always closed. I hate that. THEY'RE SPEAKING : THEIR MOUTH SHOULD BE OPEN MORE OFTEN THAN NOT.

Another element worth mentionning : the lines indicating that Zee's head is turning towards Larsen are backwards compared to page 106 (which is not yet redone).

I changed the black and white of panel 2 to color cos it seemed just more appropriate to Zee's surprise. B&W implies a more depressing shock but Zee's not saddened by seeing Larsen's butt. So it's pink now ! I also changed the white outline of what is a exclamation point-shaped panel into the same color as the background instead of white cos it was just jarring and ugly.

I feel like panel 3 was where I started drawing butts and buttholes much MUCH better than before but even tho it was an improvement then, it's pretty meh now... His buttcheeks also weren't the same shape, one was way bigger.

But anyway, this is just straight up "I draw better" type of change, the more extraneous difference once again come to the color change in the background. I thought pink was better than yellow. Not that Yellow wasn't fine but pink's cuter, it's less about the shocking image it is supposed to be for Zee (which is why the panel is all jagged) but about how shocking AND hot it is. So pink. Also I added a pinkish hue to larsen's legs so that panel 3's head protruding would stand out more from panel 2.

So. Panel 3. I was really happy with that one buut years have passed. Larsen's head is way too big (and itrs perspective doesn't make any sense, not that I find it too distracting honestly), which kinds of ruin it all for me. The rest is fine-ish enough. His body just seems too petite to be kept, plus the linework is too thick to fit the rest of the redone work, so I had to scrap-it all. There's anything left of the old page except the background on panel 1 and some words and panel lines on the last panel.

Another funny mistake on the old page : the earrings are backwards. This is probably aroudn the time when I started flipping pages horizontally to make sure they looked right (if you don't know, flipping a drawing horizontally generally shows if the anatomy is wonky) but I must have forgotten to flip it back so I drew the earrings on the wrond side, which also would explain Zee's turning in panel 1.

Anyway, now Zee has one big butt and balls plapping on the floor to look forward to play with.

Last panel is just the same but better. The old one was good, the perspective looked correct, I still had to redo-it because it would have taken longer to make the old art fit with the rest of the reworked comic but that one isn't an indictment on the old art. Also his mouth is closed tho he's speaking... Nevermind that...

I'm not sure this page needed such thorough explanations for what is a pretty standard upgrade but here you have it anyway ! It's bootyful.

Also not sure whether the redone page NEEDED such thorough explanations, but I'm very glad you did them anyway. So much to see and so much to explore! Thank you!

man your paneling, like how you break out each panel and deal with the shapes and overlap and everything, how it fits into place - it's easy to sort of overlook it when you're focused on actually reading the story, but taking it frame by frame this way, it *really* stands out on pages like this one in particular.
