I rested yesterday, but I do personal training on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
My body feels good on Wednesday, but by Friday, it really needs a full day of rest.
Sorry for the delays in Patreon and YouTube work, but I think I've almost established a routine now.

Also, I go to the dermatologist on Fridays.
