Most of the year Elon said FD12 before year end.  We shall see.  Great to see it coincide w CT launch.

Tesla up $10 - a long way to go. I still stick with $300 by Jan 10 or very close.

Why?

  1. FSD V12 Release Imminent: Elon Musk has announced that Tesla's Full Self-Driving (FSD) Version 12 is expected to be released in about two weeks, which aligns with the upcoming Cybertruck delivery event at Gigafactory Texas.
  2. Cybertruck and FSD V12: There's speculation whether the Tesla Cybertruck will be equipped with FSD Beta 12 from its initial rollout, though this has not been confirmed.
  3. FSD V12 No Longer "Beta": Musk stated that version 12 of FSD would no longer carry the 'beta' label, indicating a significant advancement, although the exact implications of this change are unclear.
  4. FSD V12: AI-driven technology that mimics human brain function and relies solely on cameras and neural nets. No Code. No Heuristics. GAME CHANGER
  5. New Approach in FSD V12: FSD V12 reportedly does not use traditional coding for navigating obstacles (like stopping at stop signs or avoiding cyclists), instead, it mimics human driving patterns learned from millions of Tesla videos worldwide.

I wonder if they’ll implement some of this new tech into the standard autopilot features. I use auto pilot ALL THT TIME. But it does seem to do some dumb things once in a while, so you have to stay on your toes.
