Over the past 10 months, there has been a mere 0.00106 increase in standard employment (excluding government positions). 

The majority of job growth is in government roles. 

While the government may claim that the job market is at its strongest, I strongly disagree with this assertion.

And those Fed jobs can be rather lucrative. If you could deal with a bureaucracy I would highly recommend for those willing to get higher degrees.

A number of Local Authorities/councils in 🇬🇧 are unable to balance their books- going bankrupt. Funding from Gov has been decreasing since 2014. The number is growing. Leading to reduced services like library, adult social care, poor learning facilities and increase in council tax. Most are no longer hiring. Restructuring is the norm.

I started working after a stint in the military @ $16/hr. That was in 1990. Now they want to pay $20/hr to start for the same job. Hmmm Wonder why so many have "quit" the job force. It's hard out here.
