Pete Wes has been ready you will get that PTOS launch video tomorrow or tonight if I can get time. I just worry that for some people it might be hard to wrap their heads around but it is one of the masterpieces Especially for those who don’t trade options

A great video you could do for your “would i buy” segment would be to pick a random duplex/multi unit on Zillow (erase/delete the address) and then analyze it by looking at the data on the description and at the end say yes/no

Great stuff. If u did go short how would u do so? Buy puts or something else? Near term or >1year for tax reasons? Any data that says based on their debt and interest rate of X pain may be seen for them starting in Y… thx

James, what do you think about selling puts for regular income, or worst ways getting a nibble of a good stock if assigned. I don't think you've covered options from that simple(?) premise? Many of us are wanting to dip our toe, or are wanting to try to derive some regular income - is that a feasible play? ( maybe a fireside topic?)
