As a person trainer I always suggest walking for everyone of all ages. It’s one of the most underrated activities you can do to improve your health.

Tangentially, I've been very into cold water immersion lately. Very hard but worth it. Andrew Huberman did a great podcast on the science of it lately.

Walking is my everyday staple. It is essential for my wellbeing and at least for 40 mins. Its a time to reflect, clear the mind and actually solve problems. Also its a wonderful opportunity to admire the world: people, nature ,animals ,buildings etc... So happy to see walking given its due recognition.

Definitely for a mental health. It's like EMDR therapy. It's actually good to even keep thinking about the frustrating thoughts while doing the right- left alternative movement. It loosens up the neurophysiological trauma injury, from what I know. I also noticed that people with intense and sensitive mental professions, they love to run for hours! It makes sense lol.
