Recently I got Paramount Plus to watch the Scream flicks, and when I went to cancel they were like, "Don't go, here's a few months for free." So I still have my paramount plus account and I'd like to put it to good use! (Especially considering they are nice to me in the copyright department)

Here are five movies I found that I think I'd enjoy. Probably.

True Lies (1994) - Arnold Schwarzenegger & Jamie Lee Curtis in this James Cameron directed action flick. I actually was looking into this a few months ago and it wasn't available ANYWHERE. Now its everywhere for some reason.

Event Horizon (1997) - Space horror? Lawrence Fishburne (the Matrix) Sam Neil (Jurassic Park) star in the Paul W.S. Anderson directed Sci-Fi horror. I think this was suggested a lot as underrated sci-fi. It does *kind of* look like off brand Alien, but that's based on knowing nothing about it. Any space horror is off brand Alien. I'm not trying to insult a film I haven't seen, I'm just in a silly mood.

Titanic (1997) Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet in this James Cameron-- ok you know the movie-- oh Mr Cameron snuck on here twice. Of course, I wasn't allowed to watch this PG-13 film because of that *one* artistic scene. Some herald this as pure schmaltz and romance. Others a really engaging action flick in the midst of it. This one was everywhere. It's long. And I'm sure completely historically accurate. 👀

Enemy at the Gates (2001) Jude Law, Rachel Weisz and an amazing cast directed by Jean-Jacques Annaud. Set during The Battle of Stallingrad. This could be great based on the little I looked at. I have some plans to do some other WWII content leading up to Veterans Day so this could be an interesting precursor.

There Will Be Blood (2007) That sounds violent. Daniel Day-Lews and Paul Dana star in this Paul Thomas Anderson directed film about...ok I actually have no idea, but this comes highly rated and suggested. Seriously though, how many directors are named Paul Anderson?

Hopefully, this poll is another difficult one. Thank you for helping me to choose. Good luck!
