The second half of this season has been spectacular! This episode is everything I could have asked for leading into the finale: intrigue, tragedy, suspense, and a whole lot of questions waiting to be answered.

A lot of people complaining about Bo-Katan being more important to this season's story than Din. Here's something to really mess with their heads: at any time, she could completely take over as the show's hero and Din could just go off on his own, and they wouldn't even need to change the title. Some have even been predicting for a while now that it'll actually be Grogu who is The Mandalorian. Also, I really hope they filmed for this season's behind the scenes special the moment they told Taika Waititi that they only brought him in to say yes and no a bunch of times.

I think it's a somewhat valid criticism, in the sense we've had so many great characters come on the show and then leave to be their own show or just not stick around. It would make sense if that was to keep the focus on Dinn and Grogu. Then they go and make the central story around Bo Katan. Now, I love Bo so I'm not really bothered by it, but I can understand why some might be, I hope Grogu is the mandalorian in question. AND this must be Taika's biggest job yet 😅
