I went in as blind as possible! This movie was fascinating as it unfolded, watching Susy unravel the clues. She kind of defined courage in this film, great watch!

Just finished. I'm so happy that you dug this, Chris! Every single line, prop, and physical gesture is relevant! It's Chekov's arsenal of gatling guns! <p>"I don't like smoke." </p><p>"There's a knife by your hand." </p><p>"...no, it's Batman!" (Hell yeah, it *is*)</p><p>Only help Susy really needed was Gloria. Girl power! King shoulda just said One of Best Movies Ever Filmed.</p><p> (methinks, anyway)</p>

If anyone cares: Chekov's Gun is..."if there's a gun on stage anywhere in act one, it *must* be fired at the end." (Just a metaphor for set-up;then pay-off). <p>BUT everyone misses...if a gun fires at the end, it should have been on stage at the start. ("Gun" meaning any relevant item or occurrence in the story/conclusion, not *necessarily* a gun.)</p><p>Wait Until Dark fires all chambers... arguably more marksman than most all other film.</p>

It is definitely a really great film all around. I just finished editing my reaction (well, hopefully) but I also realized I didn't include the batman line 😭

I did go back and be sure to show the knife when gloria points it out earlier to complete Chekov's gun for the that part of my reaction ;)
